We are delighted to reveal the Business Women Scotland Top 100 for 2026.
Across our 10 dedicated categories, these 100 outstanding women represent the talent, ambition, leadership and impact of women in business across Scotland.
To everyone recognised this year — congratulations. This is your moment to celebrate everything you have achieved and the difference you continue to make within your business, industry and community.

The BWS Top 100 Women in Business Awards returns for its 12th year, bringing together an incredible room of women from across Scotland’s business community.
But this is more than an awards ceremony.
It’s an afternoon to make connections, build relationships, celebrate success and be inspired by the women in the room.
