Welcome to Business Women Scotland (BWS)
Hi, I’m Lynne Kennedy MBE, Founder of Business Women Scotland.
For over 18 years, BWS has supported, connected, and celebrated women in business across Scotland. We help women grow with confidence through our Programme for Growth Membership Platform, offering expert guidance, peer connections, and year-round support for women ready to scale their businesses.
We also proudly host the Business Women Scotland Awards, including specialist awards for Women in Finance and Women in Law, recognising the outstanding achievements of women across the country.
In 2022, I launched our sister organisation, Business Women Connections, creating a franchise-based opportunity for women to run their own business with the support of a strong community.
Awarded an MBE in 2021 for services to women in business, my passion remains the same — helping women succeed together.
